From Foundry to Finish
THE WATER ARMOR DIFFERENCE
We control Water Armor® parts manufacturing from start to finish. Beginning with raw materials into the factory all the way through forging and the final machining process. This fully domestic approach differentiates us from foreign producers and enables us to ensure trusted quality, competitive pricing, and a reliable supply chain.
Recycled brass and copper are delivered to the foundry.
Molten metal is poured into a mold and cast into brass billets.
Brass billets are transformed to brass rod during the extrusion process.
The brass rod is forged and machined into usable finished plumbing products.
The finished product is packaged and ready to be delivered.
